Does DaviPlayer have a free trial?
Yes. When you install and open the app, you already get 7 days free on the device, with all features and without entering a card. If you like it, you choose a plan. If you don't, you pay nothing.
How do I pay for the license?
On the daviplayer.com/ativar page, by Pix or credit card. With Pix, release is automatic as soon as the payment arrives. Payment is one-time for the chosen period, with no automatic renewal. The app warns you when the license is about to expire.
Can I use DaviPlayer on more than one device?
Each license covers 1 device (TV, TV Box or phone). To use more devices, activate another license: on each device the app shows a code on the screen and you activate it from your phone at daviplayer.com/ativar.
What data does DaviPlayer use?
The app uses no advertising or trackers and does not sell data. The username and password you type to log in are stored on the device itself. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I activate DaviPlayer?
Open DaviPlayer: the app shows a short code and a QR Code for your device. On your phone, go to daviplayer.com/ativar, enter your WhatsApp and the code, choose the plan and pay by Pix or card. The license is released on its own on the app screen within a few seconds.
Does the license renew automatically?
No. You pay once for the chosen period, 6 or 12 months, with no automatic renewal and no lock-in. Close to expiry, the app lets you know so you can renew, if you want.
Does it work on LG or Samsung TVs?
The LG TV version is under review in the LG store. The Samsung TV version is planned. In the meantime, you can use a TV Box connected to the TV by HDMI, or your phone with Chromecast.
Does DaviPlayer offer support?
Yes, through WhatsApp, for installation and activation questions. The site also has a questions chat and step-by-step videos for installing on Android TV, on your phone and on your computer.
